Noah has experience working with individuals with disabilities, substance use issues, mental health challenges, housing issues, and more. She spent her undergraduate internship working at the Sojourner House emergency overnight shelter in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. There, she learned skills in conflict de-escalation, documentation, and financial counseling. She has also worked as a caregiver in a variety of group home settings. Noah values the importance of human relationships as well as the inherent dignity and worth of individuals. She holds honesty and empathy as crucial components in connecting with clients and engaging in the treatment process.

Biography
Noah is Clinical Services new intern. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is currently studying to obtain her master’s degree in social work through an online program at Arkansas State University. She is eager to develop her knowledge and skills through her time spent here, and hopes ultimately to attain her clinical licensure in social work so that she may continue to work with clients in need of mental health, AODA, and other services.
