I graduated from Lakeland University for my Master’s in mental health counseling in 2023. I received my bachelor’s degree in social work and sociology from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. I have always worked in the helping profession and enjoy helping others. In my practicum, I saw clients ages 3 and older I’ve worked with clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, post partum and women’s issues, anutism, anger, etc. Most of the clients that I saw struggle with mood regulation and distress tolerance.

Occupation:
LPC-ITMy goal is to work with children and families and strengthen their relationship. I practice a lot with attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy and Play therapy. I want to help clients identify triggers and utilize coping skills when faced with any challenges. My goal is to help the client do some self-exploration and develop self-awareness to help them reach their full potential and progress towards their goals. My goal is to open mental health access in rural areas and service the populations that are underserved and eliminate any barriers that may exist. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. They tend to keep me busy with gymnastics, baseball, basketball, football and racing. I also enjoy trying new recipes, going for walks, and listening to podcasts.
