I have 30 years of experience working with children, families, and adults, and I am passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space for my clients. Most recently, I worked as a school social worker, helping elementary-aged children navigate challenges and build resilience.
Coming from a military family myself, I also had the privilege of serving as a civilian mental health provider for seven years with the Wisconsin Air National Guard. This experience has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by military members and their families.
My goal is to build a strong partnership with each client, working together to identify strengths and achieve personal goals. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, positive psychology, and solution-focused therapy.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
